Save completed or partial invoices to be recalled later for reprinting or as a convenience in creating new invoices for regular customers. Your Company Name and Logo are saved upon exiting the Winvoice application. The last logo used will be the default for the next Winvoicing Session. It is still advisible to save the company information if your business is operated under more than one company name. From the Menu on the Company Information form select Save Company Information, enter a filename, click OK and click Return to Winvoice to continue. Terms: for sales type has been added (COD, NET10, NET30, CHECK, CASH, and CHARGE CARD). Simply click the radio button that indicates the type of sale and the printed invoice will display the information under the logo in the upper left portion of the invoice. 1. Winvoice IV automatically adds all new Invoices to the Outstanding Invoice List when the invoice is printed. View the Outstanding Invoice List by selecting View Outstanding Invoices from the Customer List Menu. Invoices can be reprinted for any saved invoice file by changing the Invoice Number and Invoice Date to the original invoice by using Windows edit features. This reprinted Invoice will not be added to the Outstanding Invoice List. 2. The Outstanding Invoice List shows Customer Name, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Amount Due and Invoice Status. All unpaid Invoices are "OPEN". 3. To Mark an Invoice with the Date Paid, single Click the line containing the Invoice and the Invoice Paid Button is activated. Click button to mark invoice with current date. 4. To Delete an Invoice, Double Click the line containing the Invoice and the Delete Invoice Button is activated. Click button to delete invoice. 5. If the wrong Invoice is selected, Select Reset from the Menu to return all buttons and selections to the default mode. This must be done before the transaction is completed. 6. The Status Window at the bottom of the Customer List shows the Number of Unpaid Invoices and the Total Amount Outstanding. The Number and Total change automatically with each transaction. 7. Print several useful Reports from the Customer List Menu. * 30 Day Report - Prints a hard copy of all invoices, unpaid from 30 to 59 days outstanding. * 60 Day Report - Prints a hard copy of all invoices, unpaid from 60 to 89 days outstanding. * 90 Day Report - Prints a hard copy of all invoices, unpaid from 90 to 119 days outstanding. * 120 Day Report - Prints a hard copy of all invoices, unpaid 120 days and more. * Customer Account Report - Prints a hard copy of all outstanding invoices for the selected customer account. * Select desired Report from the Customer List Menu. 8. Print a Payment Due Notice, Second Payment Request, Final Notice (whatever you elect to name it) by first selecting the Past Due Notice check box, clicking the desired invoice from the Outstanding Invoice List and clicking the Print Payment Request button. Invoices marked with a paid date will not activate the Print Payment Request button.
